Never fails to disappoint. Doctors always running late. No system in place to keep patient's updated. Dismissive reception staff. Mislabeled doors. Raucous laughter coming from staff and administrative areas. And to top it off, they are convinced their system is faultless. But there is a place to leave feedback forms. So there's that!!!

Excellent service today. I’ve recently registered my mum with dementia to this practice as she’s moved in with me and realised her medications were running out. I called in and the receptionist, realising I can’t leave mum for long, quickly sorted her repeat prescription which I picked up straight away from the chemist. Thanks for recognising the need to support a sleep deprived carer with a helpful quick response.

Amazing support from the team of doctors and nurses that helped my 2yr old with low oxygen levels. Extremely calm, quick and efficient. Feel lucky to have such an amazing team at the practice when you need it most.

Useless. I work out of town so the same day only appointments mean I have to drive 45 minutes to work, phone up (at least an hour to get through), wait for call back, drive 45 minutes back to Frome, sit in waiting room for 30 minutes, 5 minute appointment, drive 45 minutes back to work. So the appointment costs me 3 hours (driving, phone call, wait, appointment). Why on earth can't I make an appointment a few days in advance? It used to be so much better.

The doctor mentioned during the appointment that the allocated time has elapsed! I'm wondering if it's a business meeting or a place where people are treated?And you need to wait weeks for your appointment….
Doctors encountered at clinic ignore the patient, downplaying the issue you present. I feel like everything is heading in one direction – if you want to be taken seriously, privatization – pay and you'll get it. The NHS has really changed over the past few years.

I've lived all over and had many GPs and can say without a doubt that Frome Medical is the best practice I've ever been with. Every doctor and nurse I've seen has been excellent, and I always get appointments same day when needed. They've been especially great when it comes to my 5mo baby - nothing is too much trouble.
My husband and I both feel very grateful to live somewhere with such excellent healthcare. Highly recommend Frome Medical Practice to anyone in Frome who needs a doctor's surgery 🙂

Gave medical symptoms to care navigator Wednesday morning. Told doctor will assess and I would get appointment that day or appointment would be made for another day. No call back whatsoever. Called later that day to be told I would get call. No call. Rang practice Thursday and Friday several times - recorded message said I was in queue and with get a call. No call. Phoned again - no trsponsr from practice no call from doctor. What an absolute disgrace. I could be dead. I intend to take further action
