I visited James the GP due to various issues. He took the time to listen and help me. I will definitely be going back when I feel like my own NHS GP surgery don't have the time to meet my needs.
He was kind, courteous and professional. The receptionist was lovely too and made a lovely cup of tea 🙂
It's definitely the small things that make such a difference. I would 100% recommend.

Lovely calm atmosphere inside ancient renovated barn, with plenty of free parking. Greeted and seen by professional & friendly staff who deal with a number of different medical issues from your head to your toes, literally!

They don't answer the phone so you can't make an appointment and so I've had one session in 6 months. Hopeless!

Having had issues with BPPV or positional vertigo in the past and having to wait 8 weeks to be seen by Audiology at RBH before Covid to have the Hallpike and Epley Manoeuvre done having Rosie on the doorstep is a great relief. She is extremely helpful, thorough and having had this exercise done before can reassure people she does it correctly. Massive thanks and will definitely be back if I have a flare up
