Really good pricing and lovely staff. Very efficient and amazing communication. I've finished my first session and I have to say it went well. However I do feel like I was rushed. Also i was pressured into thinking I needed to buy the VERY expensive aftercare (just aloe Vera). And I'm still not sure wether it's required. Still lovely staff and pricing though. Probably would recommend. Will see how the rest of the sessions go because I have alot of hope. Also very trans friendly.

Erica made me feel very comfortable with my treatment, talked me through everything beforehand and gave me a lot of advice on my aftercare and how to progress with my next sessions. This company is useless. You will not get a result. It's just a waste of money and time.
I went for a consultation for my upper lips and chin hair removal. The staff lured me into full body hair removal. I told her its bit expensive and also I have very less hair grown - patchy hair and hand hair grows straight due to razor.

The staff advissd me i don't have to worry as after around 4 sessions I will have hair reduction or completely gone. I was also offered payment plan so decided to give it a go.

However, after 4 to 5 sessions I explained staff that I don't see any reduction, infact I see weird hair grow on face.

I was told it's natural as laser is piercing skin so new hair comes out but after couple more sessions you will definately see hair reduction.

I complained after 2 more sessions but again same story. Then again same story after 2 sessions - no hair reduction at all.

Once I was called in for hair review. The staff (I forgot the name but she had scaff on head) was extremely rude. She refused to accept the hair growth even though she could see long hair on face and legs. She talked very rudely and said there's nothing to review, continue your sessions you will see result.

I had another review by manager at the end of my 10th session and this time manager agreed there's no reduction so she offered me 3 complimentary sessions with higher voltage (settings). Settings didn't reduce hair growth but burnt my skin couple of times. When I mentioned that I was again told its nothing to do with their treatment.

After 3 complimentary sessions manager saw my hair growth and offered me 3 more sessions but again no hair reduction at all.

After all sessions finished, I sent several photos of hairgrowth to show no hair reduction but they kept telling me it's fine hair and there is nothing they will do.

After having no result, I filed an official comolain to their headoffice in February, they still haven't replied to me after 2 months.

This company is extremely unprofessional and waste of money. Please do not waste your hard earned money on them.
