This company has already been told that it's staff are not to use private property to park on. The staff keep parking on the cobbled parking spaces which is privately owned and blocking residents in the house. I do not know why they vant put this in the packs to know where staff van park in the area of Oaktree Creacent. It's getting to the point where wheels will start getting clamped!! even as carers, this company is not an emergency service and should notpark on privately owned property. I have phoned this company once before and now it's happening again.
AGAIN. I was told this company would phone the carers to stop them parking on Private property. Later that day, a carer again blocked me for parking on MY property!! this company is unreal! they can not tell the staff to park at the client's private parking! how hard is it to send a full memory out to the staff!!!! I may have to start asking for clamping
