I have been clinically supervising Dr Lynda Parnham who leads this service for three years. Lynda is an excellent clinical psychologist who leads her service and offers therapy in an ethical, compassionate and thoughtful manner. I would have no hesitation to recommend this service and psychological therapy with Lynda to family members and friends and I know they would be taken good care of.

I have been supervising Lynda Parnham in relation to her use of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) since 2012. In the last few years I have also been providing supervision to three other members of her team. Throughout the time that I have been supervising members of the Wiltshire Psychology Service Team I have been consistently impressed by their professionalism, sensitivity to their clients and the excellent standard of therapy that they provide to all their clients. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Extremely disappointing service. Felt like they were money grabbing as soon as they knew I had insurance.

After being on a waitlist, I got an email for an initial assessment. I was matched with a (lovely) therapist however, it was clear she was not knowledgeable of the area of therapy I needed help with.

I received a bill despite recieving no therapy, only a discussion of whether they could help or not (most other services offer this for free to work out if they are what you need). I replied making a complaint. Dr Lynda Parnham then called me at an inconvenient time and told me I was wrong. I then get another more threatening email telling me I needed to make payment by the end of the day having had none of my issues resolved.

I went to Wiltshire Psychology Services under pressure from other clinicians. I was very resistive to therapy and in my very first session I was very combative with the psychologist. She matched my behaviour in a way that somewhat disarmed me.
I have, over the last 12 months, come to have massive respect for my Consultant, along with a huge learning curve which has undoubtedly made me a happier and better adjusted individual.
I don’t hesitate to recommend this organisation. I have only had treatment from one person but have had cause to interact with the admin side of the business, which has been equally professional. I would normally anonymise reviews about such personal issues but I am actually very happy to take questions from anyone who is considering Wiltshire Psychology Services.
