Just to give feedback on my visit to the surgery on Thursday for my annual check up. Excellent service from Rebecca, as always. Efficient and very helpful.

What can I say. From having a problem to then making a call and then within the same day received a callback. 4 weeks later I was done and dusted having been admitted to RUH Bath. The practice is great. The nurse taking blood to the clinician and then my doctor they were all great, reception staff too take credit. The patient access app also is worth downloading. Thank you Wells City Practice.

Who the hell hangups on someone who is suicidal and the calls them manipulative and refuses medication to stop them feeling suicidal! Worst doctors. Don't recommend. Place will never accept any fault. Make a complaint and the manager hides upstairs crying like a child. Forgot to add.. the therapist told me to go home and smoke a fat joint 😂

I am not one to write reviews, and only do when I really feel it has impacted my experience.

I am HIGHLY disappointed in the duty of care at this general practice. I am in my first trimester of pregnancy and have been experiencing an allergic reaction all over my face, even around my eyes - incredibly itchy and uncomfortable. I walked all the way to the GP at 5;30pm because I was asked to come in there - I don't drive, so I had to walk half an hour there with my 1yo son which disturbed our dinner routine, but I was hopeful I'd get an answer for what is happening to my face. However, that was not the case. I was rushed whilst in there and told to just take piriton that I can get over the counter, I asked twice if this is ok in pregnancy he said yeah. Went to the pharmacy to buy some and the pharmacist refused to sell any antihistamines to me because it is potentially dangerous especially so early on in my pregnancy and ask me to get a prescription.

I felt let down and feel I cannot go to the GP for help at all. Bearing in mind I've struggled to get an appointment for weeks about my skin.

Awful - I will be moving me and my son to another practice.

Not perfect, but probably the best GP practice I have been with. All the GP's that myself and my husband have dealt with actually listen (which isn't common!), and are exceptionally supportive. They do a great job considering the pressures all GP surgeries are under.

I have had a very positive experience with Wells City Practice. I transferred in roughly 2018. I am listened to and receive good medical treatment. My single complaint is that they recently refurbished and their reception desk is now very high which means wheelchair users cannot see receptionists when trying to interact with them.

I have been a patient at this surgery. Since I moved to Wells At Christmas 2018. I have never had a problem with any of the staff . The receptionist have always been kind, helpful and respectful. The Drs and Nurses are the best I have ever had . I suffer a few illnesses and always seen or phoned by a member of the medical team. Keep up the good work.

I have not had a great experience with this practice. Not only are the wait times ridiculous due to the fact there are far too high a ratio of GPs to residents in Wells but also the practice itself. I was told I would be referred to a service, I chased 3 times before it actually got actioned and it took about 6 months. Changes in medications are not supported well enough. Appts feel rushed and like they just want to give you a prescription and for you to leave. The nurses however are always brilliant. I would swap surgeries but the options seem limited in Wells.
