Absolutely dreadful place been with this practice 53 yrs and since diamond health took over it's gone further then just down hill! If it was a care home I'm sure cqc would shut it down with immediate affect! I hear nothing good about the place from people I know or meet. I have on going health issue and have had no help what so ever. Not to mention it take over 5 month to get an appointment! If you're thinking of swapping practices do not pick this one!

Horrible experience with Diamond Group. No appointments, the phone is off at 8:30. They are not helpful. If I could give 0 stars it would be my choice. I don't think I ever met someone worst then Mr Richard who works there. He is rude and seeing him is pointless. Good luck everyone

This is the most worst gp surgery in yeovil I have accute bronchitis and some other helt issues and everytime when I try to se a doctor or to become an appointment they say that they are busy or don't answer the phone or they simply don't care I was trying to ghet a fitnote because I have accutr bronchitis couf flegm and problems whith some other issues but they don't care they have told me that they can not giv me a fit note ..even if I was 10 times and I have told them that I have the helt issues and the have checked but they seem to be ther for nothing

The phone is always "busy" (there's no queue system?) so it's really difficult to make an appointment, and when you do get an appoinment, you'll have to wait up to an hour (after your appointment time) just to see a paramedic who then tells you that you need to make another appointment see the actual doctor, even though you said you need to speak to the doctor when you made the initial appointment!

The online consult is a complete joke. I have just tried 3 times, i filled in all the information and get to the end and it says "Oops! An Error Occurred".Its no wonder people go to A&E.
