Recently moved to the area so first appointment i had with the gentleman doctor went fantastic. Second appointment got cancelled via text. Third appointment they wasn't able to see me as the nurse was too busy.(got told after waiting)
4th appointment for bloods this morning. The nurse wasn't able to draw blood so was told to rebook with the nurse who has previous experience in theatre. I then advised I have had 2 high readings for my blood pressure from the machine at work. I was then offered medication without the nurse taking my blood pressure. I refused and was asked to complete a form with 2 per readings per day and they will calculate my average.

Very disappointed that my blood pressure wasn't tested today and sadly reflects in my star rating.

Let's hope the good doctor i seen first time will be able to help me again

Went for a pre booked appointment for implant replacement. I was told they can't do it because there is no doctor available to do it and also that I've missed an appointment I've never asked for. Was told I will be contacted to get another appointment which I didn't for two weeks. I called just now to see if I can get another appointment and the women said to me I have 1 month of waiting to just get a call to THEN get an actual appointment to get my implant done. I'm already 2 months overdue even though I've been trying to get it changed since July. Absolutely disgraceful and no though put through for the mental stress I have to go through. Nobody seems to give a damn. I will also add that it took them 3 months to find out that they've lost my paper that I filled in for registration. I called to asked if I was registered because I never received the msg or anything to say I did. I can't express how upset I am and how much it hurts me to be stuck in with people who don't know how to do their job and have no passion for what they do or are just lazy. All reviews you have received are well deserved. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Went to the gp this morning asking for a Sickpay note as i went to the hospital and been asked to come to the gp to get this and received a very rude call by Dr Akhter Syed which was judging me for having back pain at my age, also very rude at first asking me why do i need a fit note for as he is very busy . If he doesn’t know how to treat people what he is doing there?

I had a very positive experience with this GP practice. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The GPs were professional and attentive, addressing my concerns with care and expertise.

after my appointment yesterday I’m glad to be leaving the place, I wouldn’t talk to my dog the way I was spoken to, complete disregard to how I felt, made out I was lying & not only that but I was eventually called in 40 minutes late with not even an apology. Awful practice and very rude staff.

Worst surgery we could have been put in when Victoria park shut !! Can’t get appointments when your not well and phone, just told go to A&E by the receptionist. I understand things are difficult at present but this is our lives !!! and things will only get worse in the hospitals A&E department as long as we are being sent there not even a phone call to be offered, if you were to go in the surgery it’s always quiet !!!!!
The nurses are lovely I’ve seen, can’t speak for the gps !!!!! I only contact the surgery if I really need to, but at present I feel I can’t as I know it’s a fight to be seen or offered a phone call, and when your worried and not well it’s not what you want to be treated like I dread the thought of being told no appointments go A&E !!!!!

I went to see the GP as I'm having mild diarrhoea and bowel disorders and they gave me oral powder for constipation 😄now I'm having chronic diarrhoea, obviously I stopped taking them
It seems that they do not know what they are doing

Went without blood forms nurse told me to go home and get them and she would fit me in to do them great service and saved me from having to cancel a hospital appointment.
I've just been reading the reviews, are the one's moaning about the surgery talking about the surgery that I've been using for years. In all the time I have been using it I have never been upset by the people working there, I have seen people being rude to the staff because they can't get what they want. Perhaps they are the ones doing the moaning in, keep up the good work
