I was so happy before with this surgery, had put a review as well with 5 stars for Dr Chris leech and for the Woodlands surgery but now since they have shifted this whole online consultation it’s become extremely bad. I have to fill the form and then get a message saying you can come after 20 days which is not right. To change the time also I need to fill the form again the next morning at 8:30 am. This is not right they need to change the system.

I can honestly say receiving an appointment is quite good ?. Know when I come out if feel I ask for medication and leave empty handed . Feel waste of time. Medication is extremely tight and not approved or on red /means that they don’t /wont give it believe,.The bus route is horrendouse from harwell.

This place just massively fell on its arse over night. You used to be able to ring up and get seen that day. Now they have destroyed the place and the waiting time is about 8 times longer. Doctors no longer ring you and need to wait weeks for an appointment for suspected cancer. Place is failing

This practice has seriously gone downhill recently. Have tried to get an appointment for two weeks. Filled out an E-consult and apparently missed my phone call which was made at 20:39 at NIGHT. Why would anyone expect a phone call from the GP then?! Have been told to go through the system again to which each day there is no appointments. Absolutely disgusting.

Staff aren't to blame, but terrible systems and over crowding is. Phone lines open for booking at 0830. I called at 0830 and was over 30th in the queue. Requested a call back which came in at 1030 but I missed it due to work and had to wait another day to try again.
It's been over a week of trying and still no appointment, have even used the 6.30pm e-consult system but that kicks you off at the end. I tried to go again at 6.36 but the system was already over subscribed.
Luckily my condition isn't serious, but I really feel for those who have to use this practice regularly for serious issues.
Something seriously needs to be done.

So far so good. I agree with others that getting an oppointment could be hard, but the service I got was thorough and their system of appointments and check in is very good and efficient.

This GP Surgery has zero forward planning and it's impossible to get an appointment as a result.

Most other GP surgeries have emergency appointments available in advance. Here, you have to call at 8:30 along with 100 other people and hope you're lucky that day. If you're too far down the queue tough luck. If you develop in your illness due to their poor planning, off to A&E with you.

Terrible planning, it's no wonder they never have any appointments.

I’ve been with Woodlands for over 5 years now. I’ve had two children and needed heavy administrative input from Dr Leach for my career. Throughout I have been cared for very well and can’t fault anyone working here. Thank you!
