We would just like to say a massive thank you for the brilliant service received today. Our 3 year old little girl broke her sunglasses and was very upset. The team took the glasses in and asked us to pop back in 10 minutes. When we returned they had not only fixed the glasses but had done so free of charge. Lovely people and brilliant service.

Revisited Robert Frith today after some time ,,I spoke to Hellen Slocombe about reglazing my prisciption sunglasses ,hellen was very helpfull and professional we had a good chat and Hellen spoke about various options to choose I finally chose a replacement and will be collecting my new Sunnys in about 2 weeks .
Hellen and her team are first class .
