I have attended 2 Ananda afternoon workshops, yoga classes and during lockdown, the online yoga classes and Health & Wellbeing online groups. I will say that the online classes and the wellbeing online group sessions definitely played a part in keeping my Mental Health supported and sane ! My mum did them too and also found it very enlightening and supportive. The workshops bring a group of like minded people together and with Hannah's quirky, spiritual yogic influence, make everyone feel at ease, safe and supported no matter what level yoga you are at. There have been beautiful yogic readings, practice and very tasty nourishing snacks leaving you relaxed and refreshed. Hannah is attentive to her class participants and ensures poses and postures are held correctly, adjusting where and when needed. I always come away feeling clam and relaxed ☺️ Thank you Ananda πŸ™
