Every time I've spoken to the receptionist over the phone they have been very helpful and face to face as well. They deal with patients all the time and we don't give them enough credit.
My experiences I've had with Dr. Jani Dr. Davies and Dr. Dadar have been brilliant 👏 never rushed. Can't fault them and sometimes you do have to wait to be seen a while but always worth. I am a patient at Aysgarth which I also work in another surgery and realise the stress and time put in for each patient.

Super friendly reception team who go out their way to help you - much appreciated. The only negative is the tv display for callouts at the waiting lobby doesn't have an audio alert, so you have to constantly keep an eye on the screen.

Very poor service by the receptionist at Asgarth. The patronising manner in which they speak to patients on the phone is so unprofessional. I really worry for those vulnerable patients who need a little bit of extra support. Such a shame as I had heard great things about this surgery before joining them.

I phoned last week (17.5.24) for an appointment to see the GP. I had asked for an appointment for week commencing 28.5.24 because as I’m a teacher I could only come during half term. I called today (23.5.24) and was told as it’s a bank holiday week next week, no appointments are released until the day for the afternoon and emergencies are seen first which I understand. Contrary to everything I was told last week.

I am still none the wiser on how to book an appointment that is not an emergency to see the doctor.

Some serious training needs to take place to allow the receptionists to deal with and clarify details with all patients - I’m highly educated and can’t make a doctors appointment. I’ve posted under my talk and full name in order for this surgery to contact me should they feel the need to clarify this matter.

Anyone looking to change doctors - avoid like the plague and if I could I would be awarding negative stars ………

Extremely rude, abrupt, and patronising receptionist with not an ounce of care or professionalism. Upon listening to her irate and illogical ramblings, I asked for the name of the Practice Manager, she refused to supply this and said - "find it on the website". I asked for her name and she refused to supply it. How on earth can a person like this be on reception in a medical practice.

Stay away from this racist practice. There's a receptionist who is a racist bully and gives NO consideration to mental health or exemptions. If I could give a minus score I would. The doctors were of NO help. Every surgery has CCTV, but I asked to see it on the of the incident I was denied it as was the GMC. What have they got to hide, if she was in the right?
Cover-up much. Try Iver medical. They're way better.
For your own sanity and peace of mind stay away.

This used to be a good doctor surgery but after attending two recent appointments I am considering moving to another surgery. The doctors don’t care and are just interested in collecting their salary. I honestly wish we had a choice not to pay our taxes to this surgery. We know the government is a mess but where has the humanity gone with these doctors. I avoid going to the doctors or taking medication but when I am really ill will make an appointment. I have lost a lot of loved ones to illness or sudden deaths so when I get really poorly I want to ensure it’s not a serious illness and expect the doctors to help. Spoke to two doctors stating something is not right and was advised to monitor my symptoms and if it gets worse then come back. My family has a history of cancer and heart disease. The receptionists and nurses were lovely but honestly these doctors don’t care they only here for there salary and saving as much money for themselves. Plus they don’t offer a lot of services and not a lot of doctors so definitely not the greatest surgery definitely be changing. My only option now is to go A&E and pray I get to find out what is wrong before I end up having a heart attack or a serious illness.

Aysgarth medical centre in Iver has been our medical centre for over 10 years and I can honestly say that they are fabulous. The receptionists have always been polite, efficient and very helpful. I’ve seen most of the doctors & nurses there as I have 4 kids also and I can say all are helpful and professional. Dr Jani, Dr Patel (especially) and Dr Rodriguez are some of the best. Makes such a difference to have such a good medical centre on your doorstep.
