I have been going to Jazzy Dolby at Back and Body for many years. My main gripes are sports injuries and Jazzy is an expert in the physio field. She is super friendly and identifies the problem's immediately. The treatment is effective with an easy to understand exercise plan to make recovery quick. Back and Body have a great online portal with the exercise routines and videos of each exercise so you can’t forget what to do! I highly recommend Jazzy and the team at Back & Body.

I've been seeing Jazzy once a month now for 6 months, due to various issues with my neck, and the results have been great. Joe Dowling has been brilliant in helping me. When I first went to the clinic, I could hardly move my arm and shoulder on one side and was in regular pain. The GP had diagnosed it as muscular/joint issues but only 5 minutes with Joe and he diagnosed nerve damage in my neck. I felt so much better after just one session and after a series of 8 sessions I have full movement in my arm and shoulder and no more pain. Thanks Joe.

as I have musculoskeletal problems and problems with my joints. I have found both Mike and Amy to be very helpful and great professionals . They have helped me to address the pain in my joints without having to go for any invasive procedures. I really trust them to help me with my recovery every time!

Jazzy at Back and Body has been absolutely fantastic when I have visited her. Over the years I have had many treatments on my back following a car accident and none of them have been able to relieve the discomfort as well as Jazzy. I damaged my kneel ice skating at Christmas (24). Joe Dowling from The Back & Body Clinic did a great job getting the kneel moving and starting the strengthening process in both my legs. The result was l was able to have a great skiing holiday in Feb and l am starting to feel much fitter. Thank you Joe.

Having suffered a recent back trauma, I was advised to try the back and body clinic in Great Denham. Although the set up is quite professional, I didn’t really get much relief from the physiotherapy sessions so I was advised to upgrade to have a steroid injection as that would be the quickest and simplest was for a more long-term solution for the pain until I could be seen by a consultant through the NHS. I did feel that there was quite an element of up selling and promises made that made me feel comfortable in finding enough money to have the injection carried out. They will sell up sell you even further when you see the consultant but I had been pre warned of this. As with everything THEY REPEATED The section that said a TINY minority of patients will not receive any benefit from the injection however the MASSIVE majority will have permanent relief.
I found the money to have the procedure carried out. I was told that within 48 hours I should see a hugechange. After nearly a week I contacted the office and said that there was no change at all and if anything I felt worse. They have a lovely lady who must deal with this quite a lot within their customer “satisfaction” department that calked me to put my mind to rest and said she would get back to me after speaking to the doctor the carried the procedure out. I was then advised to wait 4 further weeks and contact them again. Today I'm 4 weeks in and having finally received a reply to my calls. I was advised that there is nothing they are prepared to do other than have the consultant speak to me directly but unless I’m willing to pay for the treatment again there is nothing they are prepared to do. It’s very very easy to see that I’m in extreme pain. I’m not trying to get my money back I’m just trying to get some resolution to £1000 I’ve paid them and thought at worst they’d want to see me in person but that’s not how they operate at all.
I’ve spent the last 3 hours speaking to several other back specialists that are appalled that I’ve been treated like this so the reason for this review is to let people know that it’s all well and good receiving a service when everything is going well but you really see the value of a business when things go wrong. There are a number of reputable back specialists around the Bedford area. Im just saying I would avoid this one.
