Whilst this wasn't my usual Specsavers, I popped in to find out if they could order some new glasses based on a recent test at another Specsavers. They were able to bring up my details, and place the order. I returned to pick them up, had them adjusted and was off! Was a really easy process and the staff were friendly and helpful!

The staff are attentive, as soon as you go in they're there to greet you, and if no one is available they will at least acknowledge you're there. Talk you through the process and answer any questions you have. The selection of glasses and lenses offered are great, and they're happy to check on you while browsing.

From arriving early for my appointment to leaving, the staff were brilliant,! All questions answered, treatment explain. A* Warm welcome, nice seating area, clean store A*
Return visit yesterday to pick up my new bifocals, again superb visit. Lovely staff greeting, took less than a minuet before I was seen. New glasses adjusted, fitted in less than 5mins. Very happy again. Thank you everyone at spec savers Blandford
