As a late comer to aesthetics, Poppy put me completely at ease. She was meticulous with regard to cleanliness and talked through the procedure with me thoroughly, telling me what she would be doing and the reasons behind it. Poppy is simply amazing! After a terrible experience at a consultation with another clinic whereby I left feeling beyond help, old, ugly and invisible, Poppy made me feel valued and seen. Her knowledge, skill and kindness in explaining how she could help improve my ageing insecurities was amazing. Poppy reminded me of all the beautiful things about my face such as my eyes, my skin and proportions. Poppy wasn’t interested in pushing treatments and products I didn’t need, her only goal was to help me as a person. I left her clinic feeling amazing and will definitely return. Poppy is a gorgeous lady with a kind and compassionate approach. Please go see her, you won’t be disappointed.
