Home Instead Worle have looked after Dad for about 6 years. Their care, kindness and support has enabled Dad to continue to be where he is happiest, at home. His care team all know him so well and he considers them friends who help him. There is always laughter, chatting, catching up and putting the World to rights during each visit, as well as the personal care he needs. To have such continuity and consistency means Dad is happy and that he looks forward to all his carers and support team visits. Professionalism is at the very heart of Home Instead, but so is friendliness, and caring. We as a family know that Dad is safe in their care, which gives us all peace of mind.

My mother is a former client for this agency, she was told a few weeks ago her caregiver was to be substituted but no one from the agency came to assist her. I called the branch to find out what was happening only to be told by the administrator there "no one else will go up that way". No apology or offer of alternative caregiver and couldn't get over the answer I was given.

The caregivers that work here are amazing and work to very high standards. They are a unique company and fantastic to work for.
