Very good and swift service, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They're a private company but mostly take NHS patients (like me!) and it makes the service of having diagnostic scans so much easier and quicker! It takes pressure off the NHS and means that from a patient's perspective the experience is streamlined and pleasant. Don't be put off by it being in a van, it's perfectly nice inside

Friendly, professional staff that put you at ease. Facilities were very clean, easy to park and my appointment was on time. So handy to have something like this locally. The service I received after the referral was prompt and very quick and easy to book the appointment.

Initially seems surprising (“a portacabin in a car park”) but access is easy, there is free parking and no delays. Staff were welcoming and professional, on time and efficient. I will seek to come here again if needed.

Attended last year for a mri, was referred again today but declined based on the location of the mobile unit, based in the bourneville estate, my appointment was 7pm on a Saturday evening, groups of kids hanging around screaming and shouting,some on bikes wearing ski masks slowly riding past the reception unit, had to walk across a broken/kicked down fence to access reception from the unit. When waiting for a taxi to pick me up after in the car park, cars of teens/men parked up, blaring music, felt intimidating and unsafe. Had requested a different location, would rather wait longer than attend here again, the staff were all lovely, but when asked, even they didn't feel 100% safe.

The Nurse/ Chaperone Annette was very reassuring, treated me with dignity and respect, made me less anxious throughout my procedure. Communication was clear and thorough, throughout. Polite and friendly.
The Sonography Nurse showed dignity and care.
Would highly recommend.
More diagnostic Centres need to be made more accessible to every Community and further afield.

I arrived yesterday for my appointment - I had fallen just outside the unit- the staff were so kind they dressed my slight wound and made me a cup of tea as I was a bit shocked.
My transvaginal scan was done with kindness and consideration - I can’t thank your staff enough for their thoughtfulness and kindness

This is a new facility with excellent parking and access for disabled. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to attend.
