I have had to call Care Connect, on a number of occasions. And they are always willing to help, with what they can. On two separate occasions, I was allocated a Occupational Therapist for work to be done to my home. In all honestly, I thought It would take ages to get it everything in place, let alone for the work to be done. But it didn't. I was amazed! They have also set me up with a full time carer too.
They really don't get enough praise for the work they do. And it's a shame.

Found them very polite & helpful.
I have never had any problems getting my point across, and getting help with it. True, it may take sometime, but I am not the only one, that needs there help. They have helped me immensely. So thank you, to all of you who work there.

One of the worst councils in the country. Don't care if mental health is bad, dont care if suicidal, living on streets, have children, dont care if you have nothing and die. Helen Manion head of housing doesn't know her job criteria, 3 yrs falling up/ down stairs, almost weren't through window 30ft up and she told me falling down stairs not life threatening. 1,000 people die each year due to falling or affects from falling(suicide). 100,000 people end up in hospital yearly through falls.

Questioned a head official on there policies and procedures after being advised on a touchy subject. All they could say was take it up with court even tho they cost me contact with my daughter. Absolute disgrace of a profession and have no care and welfare for your children. All about the paycheck with these idiots.
