Only one word can describe them- exceptional, I would highly recommend them to anyone. The whole team went above and beyond to ensure my nan was well cared for, her main wish was that she could she remain in her own home and she was able to do that with the care she received from Maria’s care. I will always be eternally grateful for the kindness shown to her and to us as her family. I think it can be very daunting having strangers come into your home, nothing but respect was ever shown to my nan and her home. Thank you.

Maria care provide an excellent service, which is evident in the care given to both my parents . Sadly, my dad passed away in February but the wonderful support of Maria Care meant that we could give my dad his final wish which was to pass at home surrounded by his family. Maria care not only cared for my dad but were also there for my mum and our family as we came to terms with our loss. Maria care continue to support my mum with 2 visits every day, supporting her with whatever she needs. I really don’t know what we’d do without this wonderful company.

What a great team and fantastic service given to our family at time of most need.
My Mum was discharged from hospital and Maria Care provided home support and assistance to Mum suffering from dementia and other illnesses, a care package was put in place with some reluctance from Mum. The team were very professional and quickly reassured Mum, who then looked forward to them visiting as friends rather than carers.
Although we were given time slots for the visits the team done the very best to ensure they keep the same routine and time each day with the minimum of different careers which greatly helped with Mums dementia.
The office and carers kept in constant communication with the extended family on Mums condition and often connected the doctors and would sit with Mum until help arrived.
Towards the end they not only offered support to Mum but to us as a family.

We were very lucky to find this wonderful family owned care service for my elderly father who lives in Nailsea. They are very professional, well supported and excellent at providing caring and friendly support. Since we live a long way from my father, we are very happy to leave him in the excellent hands of Maria Care between visits. Very highly recommended.

My brother uses this care firm. He has 6 hours care daily. He is totally immobile but very bright mentally. This firm seems to look after him very well and he seems to have a good relationship with his carters. I find them easy to reach and speak to when necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
