I've had a bad time with the Perimenopause which has caused a wide range of challenging physical and mental health issues. The surgery has been very supportive with lots of information, regular check-ups and a range of medication options to try. I'm very pleased with the level of care I've received over the past 18 months.

After my doctors appointment today I feel this medical group has improved so much from my past experience from calling to make an appointment and speaking to the reception and their response to seeing the doctor where I felt I was really listed to and given a real good explanation of my condition and feeling comfortable about how to manage my medical condition.

Absolutely time wasting. You can’t call and book appointment, silly app which asked you what do you think should be done, am I doctor? If I know I will not call to the GP. What we paying for?

Have been trying for 2 weeks to be seen by a doctor in Weston super Mare after a not resolved urinary tract infection caught in India on the 20th of November.
Unfortunately so far there’s no availability, and my issue seems serious and not improving after 2 weeks of antibiotics.
It’s really frustrating, as I am unwell, and if things will get worse I will ask my lawyer to deal with this case.

Waiting for my blood test result that was taken nearly a week ago and Drs can't find it. Passed me to the hospital even though the blood test was taken at the doctors I can go abroad and get a blood test the same day but it seems to take a week for people being monitored with cancer in the UK. Absolutely appalling

Great service for my son yesterday. Signposted and seen at pharmacy and prescription. All within 2 hours. And at such a busy time of year. Very grateful 🙏

Rang up this morning about my mother and trying to explain that she has just come out of hospital with pain in her back I’m very annoyed that the receptionist was rude and not understanding that my mum is frail and I am worried that at her age a dr should pop out and see her has she lives on her own

This is the best GP I have been registered with. I find it easy to get appointments with askmyGP. The fact they’re signed up with PushDoctor is also really good and I’ve been able to have video appointments on the weekend for emergencies if needed! Both myself and my daughter have seen the same GP for some time now which is unheard of. Dr Wight is amazing, so friendly and great with my daughter. Yes sometimes they run late for appointments but I’ve never been kept waiting longer than 20 minutes. The nurses and other support staff are all friendly. Especially Jayne who I think is one of the PAs; she was very helpful in getting me to speak to dr about my daughter.
