If you need to see a doctor don't register here,
Have been trying to get an appointment and the waiting time of 2-3 weeks is unacceptable, advice from reception "if not happy go to A&E" might be why A&E is collapsing under pressure. Trying to get a repeat prescription week 3 and still not got it, been to surgery 3 times and told to register on line, except you need a code, go back and try and get the code, they will Email it, go back a week later form for code is still on desk waiting to be processed? promised code that day 2 days later no code, another complaint! get code, 3 attempts to register on line, can't do it as the server link is not working its absolutely disgusting.

Having been released from hospital after suffering a nearly life ending double pulmonary embolism I have needed to request help from my Dr's Surgery on several occasions. They have made me wait 3 days to be contacted by a Dr and I'm now waiting for an ambulance as a result of the long wait..let down very badly

Very poor experience from this doctors, particularly Dr Emms. I do not recommend this surgery whatsoever. The only positive thing I can say is the support staff were efficient, in fact far better to deal with than any of the medical "professionals".

Rude and incompetent receptionists, GPs who aren't interested in the well-being of their patients. Not a great combination. Register elsewhere if you value your health.

The receptionist with the glasses is damn right rude! You are not a doctor and neither do you have the right to ask personal questions! How she is still working there is beyond me! Rude isn’t the word!
