I had an amazing and wonderful experience working in Tees Grange. I was privileged to be part of the pioneer staff. The home has policies for adequate and constant training, making sure that staff are up to date in training. The level of care and support given to residents are commendable especially involving residents in different activities.
The environment has been incredibly nurturing, and I’ve gained far more than just professional experience; I’ve gained friends, mentors, and priceless memories.
