I have nothing but admiration for the doctors, nurses and staff of this surgery. They are working under immense pressure with underfunding and understaffing. Everyone is always polite and I’m particularly grateful for my GP; Dr Razzaq who always has the time to talk and listen to me.

10.01.25 for some reason google has brought me here rather than a new review option. I want to register a new complaint,so I’ll do it here. In the last 1/2 hour I’ve rang this practice to request & collect my blood forms. Each time,I’m told all the staff are busy & try again later, then I’m cut off. I’m ringing the practice & am prepared to queue & wait my turn. You don’t cut me off,I’m making the phone call! I work @ north tees hospital & can get my bloods done there but obviously need my forms from the practice. You don’t even offer a call back service, great service from you QPMC. I’ll keep ringing until I talk to a human being.Could any member of the public or someone @ QPMC tell me this practice's email address? I am extremely disgusted with the service this practice offers. I've tried 3 times to renew my prescription since last week. I've been told I can renew my prescription (3 times) but when I access the website I get the same message saying the details have to be reviewed by a clinician. After speaking to someone @ the practice, I was told my details had been reviewed and I could renew my prescription. This hasn't happened and I'm trying to send an email to the practice regarding this problem but the only details I can find is the telephone number. I'm relying on someone in the public because I don't any faith in QPMC helping me. I would appreciate the head of the practice sorting this problem for me, seeing as a clinician or an I.T person cant do it. I've added a star because apparently I cant post this review without a star (a thumbs down would be more truthful).

This used to be a fantastic practice but it’s absolutely abysmal now. Been trying to get hold of a REPEAT prescription since APRIL only for the practice to keep ‘forgetting’ to send my results to a pharmacy!!! I can’t collect without any results being sent!?!! Zero compassion shown on the odd occasion I actually get through to someone. Pharmacist can’t believe the incompetence either. Useless.

Good luck ever getting to see a GP. Even when they arrange to call you they don’t bother and then lie that your number was unobtainable. The doctors aren’t friendly, the receptionists are cold, have no empathy. The only good thing about this place is the nurse practitioner who is lovely.

AVOID THIS MEDICAL CENTRE!!!

EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU RING THEM, THE AUTOMATED WOMAN KEEPS SAYING THAT THERE ARE 14 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU IN THE QUEUE!!!

SO I HAVE WAITED TIL THE NEXT DAY TO RING THEM, AND GUESS WHAT?
SHE SAYS THERE ARE 14 OTHER PEOPLE IN THE QUEUE BEFORE ME AGAIN!!!

I'LL BE MOVING MY PARENTS TO ANOTHER CLINIC!!!
