My partner had an appointment with Andrew this morning for his cholesterol injection, on arrival the receptionist was rude and unhelpful asking if he was registered at that surgery, when trying to explain his Thornaby but his appointment is always Ingleby she interrupted not letting him finish his explanation. I too work in a busy doctors surgery were we ask patients to be respectful towards staff, surely it works both ways!!

The receptionist was super rude. She was having an argument with me over the phone when I only called in to request help and information on my medical history. Instead of helping me, she was just jugging and presenting more problems like I should register with new GP in the first place when all I called in for was just some information she kept expressing her frustration towards me. Horrible costumer service, I understand they go thru a lot during their work with people but that's not a reason to already have that rudeness with every new patient.

Cannot fault the reception or the nurses from my own experience but some of the doctors are absolutely shambolic in their approach to patients. I saw Dr Mhando today and not only was he rude towards me not wearing a face mask (though not a requirement anymore) but also very dismissive of any of my concerns regarding pregnancy. The bedside manner for an expectant mother was shocking! And it isn't the first time this doctor in particular has basically made me feel crazy and oversensitive. I will refuse to see him again!

I rang up this morning at 8.30 then got an appointment for 10.00am it was for the nurse practitioner , which I will say was very good and polite also very thorough.i will defiantly like to see her again . Thank you

Really impressed with the service and speed that Woodbridge have repeatedly shown for myself and my children. The Dr's are all fantastic and have always treated me with dignity, respect, empathy, compassion and professionalism. I am so happy with the practice as I know they have recently upgraded systems and implemented new booking services. It's worked amazingly well and I can't say I have had a single problem with them in the last 4 years. Thank you Woodbridge!!

Terrible. You aren't able to make follow up appointments after a doctor has requested to see you again, you are told to ring up at 8;30 or attend the practice which isn't possible for someone who works full time. I have previously had to ask my mother to attend and wait for an appointment for me in which they were told to stand outside in the cold for 'confidentiality' which is ironic as the reception staff have no problems discussing your test results or appointment info in front of the waiting area.
As a young person with various ongoing medical conditions this practice has been little to no help and created more stress and frustration.

I am always anxious calling in because I always get this sense that whoever is on the other side doesn't want to be there because of how they speak to me. The receptionists that have attended to me physically are also not the friendliest either and they don't bother giving updates on anything if you don't call in. It has not been a pleasant experience for me.

I visited Dr. Mhando at the Thornaby practice on the 13/10/2023 he was very attentive and caring. He listened to me explaining the health issues I had with lower back pain. I’ve been in pain for awhile now and he referred me for a MRI this was done quickly and within two days I got my results back. Dr. Mhando called me on the up 02/11/2023 as my scan result was abnormal and he has referred me to see a consultant. If it hadn’t been for his knowledge and expertise of realising what the issue was with my lower back it could have got a lot worse. I just wanted to say a big thank you to him for looking after me this was much appreciated.
