Referred here for physio. No wait, on time, free parking, clean reception, efficient reception staff and a very friendly and straightforward physio (Josh) who was able to assess, offer exercises and book in for a follow up. Lots of bad reviews here but I cannot complain at all.

Today, I came in for a blood test an hour before the scheduled start time. However, I and the others who arrived after me, including a very elderly lady, were told to wait outside with no seating provided. Furthermore, the receptionist did not provide us with tickets, leading to a chaotic and stressful situation as people randomly picked tickets, ignoring the proper queue. This treatment of the public is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I got referred for a blood test two weeks ago but have not been able to have it since due to work commitment's. I had a rare day off today and went here at 09;15 expecting a long queue as per other people's reviews. When i arrived there was no queue at all only to be told by the receptionist that Blood tests are only done 3 days a week so i now have to reschedule my plans and go back tomorrow morning. This service is an utter disgrace given the fact the other centre in Loughton has already closed and the nearest alternative is St.Margarets in Epping which is far away especially if you dont drive.

I'm really disappointed with the service here. It used to be a decent spot to get a ticket for a blood test, but now you have to stand outside, which is tough if you're not feeling well. They only give out tickets until 10 a.m., which seems unfair. The management needs to reconsider this policy because it feels disrespectful. Most people coming in for blood tests are already unwell, so why should they have to wait outside in a queue? I can't recommend this place anymore.

Absolute failure of a mental health team. Didn't listen to what I had to say changed the age of a life changing injury I had form 17 to 13 when that's not true. I have bad sucidial tendencies which I told the woman about and she said in the notes I got in the post today I didn't when my most recent attempt was in may of this year not only when I was 16 I'm fed up with being lied to and not listened to by mental health teams but oh you gotta make it look like you're doing something when you're really not. Forget the mental health team in the UK it's absolutely useless never going again.

Tickets for blood tests used to be given out on a first come, first served bases, as long as you stayed in the waiting area.

They have now changed the system to putting the tickets out at 10am.

It is now a free for all irrelevant if you have been waiting since 9.30. If you are unsteady on your feet or a slow walker you have no chance in getting the number you should have been allocated.

This is absolutely appalling. Pushing people out of the way to get a number or taking two numbers for someone who hasnt yet arrived, I have witnessed this on several occasions when I have been I the waiting room.

Don’t go here, unless you want to sit in hells waiting room for hours.
The blood test service is meant to open at 10am, people get there as early as 9am. Its ridiculous that you can’t even get a blood test.
I now have to wait 3 weeks for a booked appointment, because I would rather wait than go to this disorganised, awful hole.

We have only had blood tests here, very convenient as within walking distance.
Never had any problems with being seen quite promptly & the blood nurse is always very cheery & caring. Make sure you're well hydrated, so the veins are easy to access 😉
I cannot comment about other departments...
Thankyou...
