I recently visited the Minor Injuries Unit at Stroud General Hospital and was thoroughly impressed by the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The triage process was swift, and I was seen by a nurse without delay. The team's professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much more manageable. I am grateful for their excellent service and dedication.

This Morning I attended for ultrasound scans .( one internal ) i had two wonderful nurses , who said this was their first day working at Stroud Hospital .Very professional and SO friendly . They treated me respectfully but also like a friend .We had a laugh - it was good as it took my mind off of the reason I was there . I took a photo of them - with their permission - and would love to post it on here - so as to show who i am talking about - but not allowed . They were nurses of colour and their names were Jimmy and Clare ( Claire ? )

Not that good they refused to see me then put the phone down on me.. I was very upset so I called 111 they were very nice to me and a doctor called me not long after...10 out of 10

One absolutely lovely person after another made an endoscopy feel like a spa mini break. From reception, to nurses and doctors my daughter and I (she accompanied) were blown away by how kind and generous spirited they were. Was not looking forward to the procedure but am now looking forward to the follow up one. The absolute BEST of NHS, and proof that birds of a feather do flock together. Amazing. Incredibly grateful. ❤️

We went to minor injuries this morning 12/07/24 for my little girl. From the phone call to book triage, to the receptionist, the nurse, healthcare assistant and the radiographers. Everyone was friendly and so lovely to my little girl, and really made her feel at ease despite being in some pain. Thank you everyone for your hard work and treating my daughter so well!!!

had an appointment booked via 111 for 6pm, not seen until 7:30pm. what is the point of appointments?! just to add there was one whole another customer
in the waiting room, so not even busy. just pure shambles
