I think the reviews for this shambles of a place speak for themselves. It’s heartbreaking that somewhere supposed to help people who are suffering actually makes them feel worse.
I wonder how many people have been driven to doing something tragic because of this awful place.
Why not just shut it down? It’s not helping anyone. Having nothing would probably be more effective.
I wish I could have a meeting with a manager to understand what causes this place to be so bad, because it can’t be intentional surely?!

Joke of a service. Incompetent staff. Did not engage with my higher level team in another county, couldn't be bothered to return my care-coordinators or my calls.

They didn't read my notes, asked inappropriate questions on a first meeting and minimized my diagnosis. Worst NHS experience I've ever had.

You can be professional AND care about what you do and the HUMAN BEINGS you see...
