Where can I begin? I used to live in constant pain every single day due to my back condition. I relied on a walking stick just to get around, and even simple movements were a struggle. Today, I’m moving like a normal person again—and it’s all thanks to the incredible team here.

From the very first visit, I was met with professionalism and genuine care. The receptionists, the doctors, everyone made me feel seen, heard, and supported. They didn’t just treat my symptoms, they focused on my overall wellbeing.

My treatment plan was comprehensive. I was prescribed medicine that worked like magic, though it took some time, around the second month is when I began to notice a real difference. Along with that, my diet was adjusted to reduce inflammation, I attended pain management sessions, and I also underwent Panchakarma therapy. Each element played a role in my recovery and continues to support my health.

I still attend monthly sessions because they help keep my whole body balanced and healthy. This isn't just a clinic—it's a place where healing truly happens.

I had a inperson consultation with Dr Dr. Sumudu perera which was a holistic one and person centred consultation where measuring blood pressure also invloved. She took reasonable time to discuss with me about my past medical history and excisting symptoms of my condition and gave very professional clinical explanation for how the treatment is going to be.

In Panchakarma therapy session Dr. Chathuni Kaushalya did a marvolus job: Professional therapeutic massage is a hands-on treatment that utilizes various techniques to manipulate muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues to improve my overall health and well-being. It was done in calm and quiet manner very gently icluding Shirodara treatment and steam therapy. I recomened to anybody this clinic with no doubt.

I had an online consultation and my experience was okay. I met with the Dr, the appointment felt rushed and didn't go into depth. There was very little education on ayuverda. I was told that I needed to follow a nutrition sheet which was a bit complicated it would have been better to get a daily or weekly meal plan. I did have to chase the meal plan as it wasn't sent on the same day.

I do not know where to start, from the amazing and warm hearted team, to the efficiently of how they work and the knowledge they hold it's outstanding.

I have done so many therapies and some have worked for some problems but one thing I could not heal was fatigue and as a result this lead to mental health issues migraines, a list of issues.
Nightmare and dreams every night I was exhausted from no quality sleep.

Within a few days my sleep has massively improved and the nightmares so far over the month reduced to 1. I remember 1 dream a night and don't wake up like I've been on a night shift. I wake up much easier and not so much of a light sleeper.

By 11pm on some days and always by 2pm I would be exhausted and struggling to go on the school run. I struggled to get jobs completed due to the tiredness and forget to do things due to the same thing.
Now I have energy all day until I go to bed. I'm more productive and living my life instead of surviving it.
