Dr Patel and Dr Chan are absolute stars and assets to the practice. They are pleasant, caring, thorough and personable. They listen well and really put you at ease. I feel confident when I see them that I am in safe and caring hands.

Surgery has gone extremely downhill the past year. Get through 5 minutes after lines open to be told no appointments. Told to come and queue! Priority is given to the queue and there are no appointments left when they finally answer the phone after dealing with the queue. So those with school age children or elderly and frail who rely on the phone can't get an appointment. Online referral/econsult no good. Dr Jay gave me medication not suitable for pregnant woman last year despite telling her and being obviously pregnant!!! Dr Chan is the only saving grace but not enough for me to stay with the surgery anymore

Called them up was on hold for over 20 minutes on a non peak time. Keep getting told things then they’re not happening, or I get told that they’ll call me back and they never do. This surgery is a joke

Lovely, helpful and attentive staff. Can usually get an appointment when needed. Yes you do usually have to wait as appointments do run late, but I feel that the attention is given to each patients needs, which sometimes takes extra time. Dr Jay is a genuine nice person, who can be blunt but sympathetic. Great for all ages, children to pensioners. What I would call a good old fashion family doctor.

Absolutely useless, poor excuse for a doctors surgery. Been waiting for a doctors note for over 10 weeks. Been waiting for a physio refferal but had no updates either. Don't even bother trying to get in contact through the NHS app because they simply don't reply. I've been let down time and time again by this place. One time one of the doctors couldn't even find my medical history but the receptionist found it no problem. Avoid this place if you can.

In just two weeks since my visit for a persistent cough Dr Jay and her team have arranged and completed a blood test , chest x ray and MRI scan. Their service has been nothing short of outstanding. The reception staff are accompanying and understanding. Dr Jay, while sure the cough was the result of a Hiatial Hernia has left no stone un turned in ensuring my good health. Dr Jay and her team haven't missed a day since the onset of COVID, unlike many Doctors surgeries who have abandoned their posts never to return in any meaningful way of service.

So you CANT BOOK a doctors appointment for a day within the week, you have to call up on the day and try your luck? You can’t get through, so you keep calling and all appointments are taken… this place is a joke.
