Expert advice and excellent affordable treatment options with personalised exercise plan for my plantar fasciitis. Cannot rate City Way Health highly enough. All staff extremely welcoming, attentive and friendly. Tom Fuller and Oliver are very knowledgeable and instantly put you at ease. Can highly recommend the Extracorporeal Shockwave Treatment, worth every penny.

I had my first class with Karen and she immediately put me at ease. I’d never used the reformer before but she was so patient and kind, and the other women in the class were friendly and supportive. The class itself was challenging but I could tell I would feel the benefits of each exercise. I immediately booked back in once as I was home and would highly recommend Karen’s classes for anyone looking to get fit, increase mobility or help with injury rehab.

My wife attended The Windmill yesterday for a first appointment with Katie Hayes. We were made to feel very welcome; from start to finish, the whole experience was very positive. Katie listened to what my wife had to say, which was in stark contrast to some other medical professionals we have met recently. She identifed the problem and started on the course of treatment, which will hopefully help to alleviate matters. A very pleasant visit all round. Thank you!

It’s a modern, clean and calm environment.all the staff are polite and respectful.
This session with Oli was my second appointment and I have to say for a young man he is knowledgeable, courteous and excellent in his manor.
He explains what he will be doing, why and at all times continually checking on any discomfort.
I’m sure this young man will go far! Oliver is the new breed! You no longer feel battered and bruised, however the effects of his sessions are bordering on the miraculous.
Eleven out Ten!! Money well spent and well worth the trip..

First time having a sports massage at this clinic and with a ‘male’ I was nervous but Chris was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Feeling worked and bit sore on parts that were very tight. But in a good way. Would recommend

I was referred by my GP for physio and chose City Way as it was local to me . The booking system was nice and easy and I soon got a phone call to book my appointment.
The waiting area was very smart and the receptionist was very pleasant.
My appointment was with Jack and I have to say it was an excellent service . I had a thorough examination and then some exercises which worked and gave me more movement in my shoulder straight away .
I was given some exercises to do and will have my next appointment in a couple of weeks.

My second visit to Jack Bray, my first at Hoo. The building is bright, airy and has good parking facilities. I had a warm and friendly welcome. As on my first visit, my current condition was expertly assessed and addressed with effective manipulation and tailored follow up exercises to continue to promote my recovery. A very positive experience.

First appointment with an osteopath and Oliver made me feel right at ease, even with having my neck and back manipulated which I was very hesitant of. As promised, the residual pain from the treatment has gone by the next day and I feel much better after being in pain for a couple of weeks. Highly recommend
