Easy to register and book an appointment. Taken in for the appointment promptly. Sat and gave a brief on the perceived problems, notes were taken. Then given appropriate treatment to relive the tightness and pain being experienced. It was a non-intimidating, and very engaging experience. It was very good.
The treatment was varied it using, manipulation, pressure point massage, acupuncture, home treatment through specified yoga stretching, etc…
Little by little the treatment has shown progress as the effected areas have been worked on and improved upon.

My first appointment went really well. Lewis was very professional and informative, explained my condition clearly to me and made a plan for treatment that I have now started. He helped me understand my condition and how he can help me. So far I would definitely recommend. I have seen a lot of doctors but none have provided me with detail and a proper treatment plan. Reception ladies are really friendly too. Thank you.

Did a thorough assessment of my issues and explained each step clearly.

He then gave me options on how he could help treat me, taking into consideration my lifestyle and mentality and wee now have a plan on how to move forward.

I had a great sports massage with Ruth. I instantly felt relaxed in her presence and I appreciated her knowledge of treatment. The lady on reception was welcoming and friendly too. I would recommend and will also be going back for further sports massages with Ruth in future, thank you!

I felt very comfortable being assessed by Jack. Clearly he has expert knowledge regarding my injuries, which he took the trouble to explain in layman's terms for me. He was kind and patient, describing exercises to accelerate my recovery and following this with a prompt email backup. He was also honest regarding my chances of complete recovery. He has engendered confidence in my treatment and I look forward to working with him to promote my recovery.

My appointment was a complete success in all regards: came in with a persistent pain, was thoroughly assessed and most importantly heard on all aspects of the pain, origin and consequences. Tom not only manipulates and heals but he listens and is very generous with his time 🙏🏻 Now feeling well on the road to recovery. Received a series of exercise to ensure the pain goes away.

Did a fantastic sports massage with Jack. He was super knowledgeable and helped to work out really bad knots in my shoulders. He went above and beyond, taking the time to explain things to me and even show me exercises to help prevent my chronic knots building back up again. Would highly recommend a session with him!
