had my operation yesterday at boston west, everyone was great from when you walk in till you leave, my daha is fantastic and his team, after the op in recovery were two nurses one was called kelly who makes the best cups of tea ever i cannot remember the other nurses name but they were fantastic i would like to thank you all there. bestest hospital in the uk

My recent stay in Boston West Hospital was so well arranged from start to finish.
The Hospital was clean,well run,the staff are amazing so informative so attentive to my needs,I cannot fault this Hospital at all,5 star.
The phone call the following morning was a lovely surprise to check how I was feeling.
Many many thanks to all staff concerned.

Felt i wasn't really listened to and the pain and discomfort i am feeling was my fault because of my weight, and was in and out rather quickly offered a small procedure and said yes at first but have now changed my mind, i feel a little out of sorts for wasting the NHSs money in the first place.

Had a small procedure this morning and from the Receptionist right through to seeing Maria booking me in and Claire the Anaesthetist taking me through what would happen, the whole experience was second to none. Would like to thank Mr Adeyemi for putting me at total ease and Kevin (Recovery) you were amazing!!! Thankyou all

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at this hospital for the wonderfully amazing treatment I received on Saturday 15th Feb . Everyone from the receptionist to the nursing staff to the theatre staff to the doctors were so kind, friendly and polite . Their follow up phone call on Monday was wonderful as I have never had this from any other hospital . I would certainly recommend this hospital to anyone and given the opportunity I would choose Ramsey healthcare any time . Keep up the good work and once again many thanks for your wonderful care

Went in there for cataract eye operation on Friday staff very friendly help to put me at ease during op as I'm nervous around my eyes all my question s answered and nice call nxt day to make sure I was OK

Had to have operations on both my thumbs, first was on October 2020, and the second yesterday. The care I had from Mr Motkur and the team was first rate. As it was National Nurses Day yesterday a special thank to Aggie & David for the care prior to the op and after.
