They don’t listen! - They promise and don’t deliver…

I requested pain killers and dressings after a knee replacement (last week) first thing on Monday morning. I was promised them by Tuesday at the latest.

The prescription is still waiting to be signed by the doctor late Wednesday afternoon…

Lovely staff and very friendly and supportive.
But now I can never speak to a real doctor who knows me and my medical history.
I only get to speak to the in house pharmacists that know nothing about me and they refuse my medication monthly!

Excellent service received again today by Barrow Health Surgery and Dr Duffy, phone appointment received within an hour of initial call and a further follow up call.
Considering the challenging times the surgery and staff have adapted very professionally and I have nothing but praise for their efforts

I've just been for my first covid-19 jab at the surgery this a.m. Superb organisation, swift, efficient and very pleasant service from all concerned.
Infinitely better than travelling 19 miles to Derby. Fortunately, the surgery got in touch and I was able to alter the appointment.
Very impressed with the staff, and also fellow patients who queued responsibly.

A few years ago the service you received here was somewhat indifferent to say the least but over the last year or two I have had reason to use the health centre on a number of occasions and have to say what a great experience. They are obviously under a great deal of pressure especially with all the additional houses built in the village but have to commend all the staff I have had contact with.
