I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spring House Medical Centre, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The facility is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology.

My appointment was on time, and the healthcare professionals took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Their approach to patient care is both thorough and compassionate, making me feel valued and understood.

I also appreciated how organized the follow-up process was, ensuring I had everything I needed after my visit. It’s evident that the team at Spring House Medical Centre truly cares about their patients.

Highly recommend this centre for anyone looking for excellent medical care!

I only have positive things to share about this surgery. I have had both my children using their services and it has been simply outstanding. The staff are wonderful, the appointments are on time, and I feel very lucky to have had the care that we have had from them.

I hate leaving negatives about NHS, but it's beyond funny for a long time now. Got 2 texts signed by Spring House saying I need to contact & arrange for a routine blood test. I now have time so call them & wait on hold as usual only to be told they don't book blood tests, it's all online & should check local hospital. Don't even acknowledge the texts sent *sigh*

Wanted to leave a positive review because people always forget to leave positives and only leave negatives! Called for an appointment this morning and got one same day, the doctor was thorough and appropriate next steps advised. Happy with my GP service.

This practice is excellent. Sometimes the reception staff can seem a bit abrupt on the phone but if you get the abuse they do at times, it's no wonder. I find if you're polite and friendly to them they are much more helpful. The doctors and nurses do everything they can to help and support. Can't recommend enough.

A nurse here felt the need to turn her quiet conversation amongst the reception staff to one loud statement of "we don't get paid enough for this" in reference to my frustration of having withdrawals from the GP Surgery revoking my 3 year repeat prescription of 150mg Setraline, an SSRI with intense physical and mental withdrawal symptoms.

The reception staff were awful, making promising without moving an inch to get me to leave the building, blaming me for what is happening.

How can I walk into a building that is meant to be part of HEALTHCARE, implying you CARE about HEALTH, and be met with absolutely no care in the world, and actually be BLAMED that it is my fault I'm suffering.

Like it is my fault I have experienced such intense childhood trauma that I am navigating this world of deep rooted mental illness.

Regardless, if you can get past the gatekeepers of wellbeing - I'm sure the doctors at this establishment are more than cooperative.

CQC Informed as well as other relevant governing healthcare bodies - no one will be treated this way again.

It is just a busines. they are not interested in your health..and now the doctors are the receptionist, they took over, some are very rude and lazy.
Avoid this place, if you manage to get a doctor, is a waste of time. They do not care, at all. They get rid of you as fast as they can.

This surgery used to be great many years ago but now they just have a bunch of inhumain people working there who couldn't care less about you! I'm now actively looking to register somewhere else.
