I have never had any issues with the surgery, all the staff are very helpful and lovely. Good sized car park around the rear and a disabled park with an easy slope for wheelchairs, scooters and if you'd rather not do steps.

Since the introduction of Anima it is impossible to book an appointment without being online at 8am on the dot. I need to book a routine cancer screening appointment after a barage of letters and cannot do this as I either forget as i have a life or i login at 815/ 840 etc to see it is full already. There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to book routine appointments for a few weeks away except to make healthcare inacessable. This is the NHS to a t, they would rather wait until you have cancer so it costs them more money than to support prevention.

Really good surgery. Doctors a lot more attentive and actually listen to you compared to the ones at Siam Surgery in Sudbury. Only reason not giving 5 star is the waiting time on getting an appointment can leave you hanging on the phone for nearly an hour. Also the reception staff can get a bit sharp at times, as in could be a bit friendlier but I give them the benefit of the doubt that they probably get annoying patients to deal with daily so maybe just a defence mechanism.

The worst surgery I have ever used. I have had a myriad of problems over the years in relation to myself and medical care but whatever. However now it is effecting my daughter, I have tried 3 times over the last two weeks to get her an appointment in the reccomendation from the health visitor, and each time I have been told ‘the rota isn’t up yet’ and to return next week. They seriously need to get a hold of themselves.

Had a phone today from Chrissie at the surgery about my blood results.
She was fabulous, we talked for a while and she totally understood how I'd been feeling lately.
Chrissie totally gets my 5 star rating, thanks so much Chrissie so nice to have someone who listens and understands you.

I have bad health anxiety so have periods where I have to use the Surgery a lot - Every person there makes me feel so comfortable and not enough is said about how lucky we are to have this Surgery in our Village! I must also say that all the doctors are so reassuring and a shoutout to Dr Williams for helping me through a lot of bad days!

Trying to get an appointment is beyond a joke with this surgery. Even when you have other health conditions that my symptoms effect. So I have been left with no other option but to go to A&E to get them to help me and I will be explaining to them why I was left with no other choice.
