Tried ringing this departmant as had an invite for my dad but can't make this as he is housebound, was placed in a queue was 8 then want down to 0 after then was told no one to take to the call and stated the opening hours and cut off. Not good as my dad's place could have been given to someone else who could make it.

Excellent care received from the Urology Cancer Nurse Specialists and Doctors at Ipswich Hospital. From referral until diagnosis the service was second to none, David was promptly referred to Doctors in various departments, following his diagnosis James Hemings was appointed his Urology Cancer Nurse, what a star! patient, kind and practical. We can’t thank you all enough.

whilst I appreciate the NHS is busy it is impossible to get hold of urology on the phone. The secretaries never answer the phone and never return voicemails. This makes getting results almost impossible and just adds to the anxiety.
