The best care company I’ve ever worked for! And I don’t say that lightly having worked in the Health and Social care sector, in a vast range of settings for 20 plus years.
Quality Life UK is a company that from the outset makes you feel a valued, respected and integral part of the team . This is a company with strong family values and impeccable person centred care as its core. The company encourages its employees to practice a good work / life balance and this collective ethos enables the workers to provide the best possible care to the client.

The management team are fantastic and have a genuine commitment to creating and maintaining the solid structure required to ensure the care workers provide highest level of care and support for each individual client .
Clients are carefully and mindfully matched with care staff and the continual support provided to ensure these relationships are successful is outstanding.

My Mum has sadly passed away recently but thanks to Quality Life UK I was able to keep her in her own home until the end. They took such good care of her from the very first. We had such a wonderful carer come into our lives in August to look after Mum each morning - she really enhanced Mum's quality of life and I'll never be able to thank her enough for making Mum so happy. As Mum neared the end of her life it became necessary to have 24 hour live-in care and I couldn't have wished for better - they all treated her like a queen! We were able to be with her at the end which is everything to us. All thanks to the wonderful caring people at Quality Life UK.

My mother has end stage Alzheimer's. Quality Life UK have been very attentive not only to my mother's needs in supplying the right quality of live in carers for my mother but also to the needs of our family. They have provided support for us in a very difficult time, requesting medications from the GP, ordering equipment for our mother from the Occupational therapist liaising with other services to ensure our mother gets the best care possible. The staff have been great. All aspects of home support and personal care care have been provided to a very high standard.

David has been cared for by Quality Life UK carers for almost 2 years now. Two of the ladies have been with us the whole time. He needs night care 7 nights a week and day care weekdays only. The quality of care they give is excellent, and they have become part of our family.
We feel assured that even if one of them is ill, the company arrange cover in good time so we are never worried that we will be left on our own. The carers are highly trained and are constantly updating their expertise.
We can highly recommend this company, and its team of managers. The owner, Amelia Benskin, who is a lovely approachable lady, is always in touch making sure we are happy, and everything is as it should be.

I have been working for qualitylifeuk for nearly two years, after working in different care settings for 17 years. Qualitylifeuk is a home from home atmosphere, the staff are all lovely and are always there if needed.
