A very professional and friendly service. Alex was totally flexible in arranging the car service for a time that suited me. The service itself was completed in less than 3 hours at the price quoted. YDS is quite possibly the best workshop I’ve been to in the last 3 years (and I have visited a few), and this is only my second visit! They are friendly, efficient, informative, and straightforward. My car can be quite troublesome when something goes wrong and YDS have been excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend them, not only for the above, but they are reasonably priced and have excellent customer service and response times.

I can not thank the team at YDS enough for everything they did for my poorly car.
I couldn’t ask for any more from a garage. I was kept informed of what was going on at all times. The whole team were amazing by far the most cleanest garage I have ever seen. Very friendly atmosphere and great vibe on arrival at the garage and on top of all that amazingness, My car was fixed super quick and for a very fair price. Mk6 gti timing chain snapped had a fully reconditioned engine replacement RAC bought me there and they got my car back on the road and running properly. Had other jobs done to the transmission gear selecter later on after that as it was wearing out when i shifted from 4th to 5th it would jump into 3rd they fixed that issue very good at diagnostics would highly recommend these guys! As they are highly efficient and very pleasant to deal with!
