I can’t speak highly enough of my doctors. Every time I call, the team is incredibly helpful and kind. If there’s a queue, they even offer the option for a callback, which is so convenient. Ordering a prescription online is super straightforward, and I’ve never had an issue with it. And whenever I need an appointment, they always manage to fit me in within a reasonable time. With all the negative experiences people seem to be having lately, I felt it was important to share how amazing my doctors have been. Thank you for providing such great care!!

Most of the doctors and staff are amazing, when seeing your own doctor they are great and so helpful. Each appointment is for 10 minutes only. Some doctors will only see you for one ailment, so if there is more than one thing wrong, make sure you make a double appointment. Dr Dadah has got to be the rudest Doctor I have ever seen in my life, very argumentive, very rude. I think I argued with him for 10 minutes about the 10 minute appointment time as I had two issues that I needed to speak about, but he was insistent that a 10 minutes appointment is for 1 issue only. But it does not show that on the TV in the reception area, I ended up coming out of that appointment in tears and went straight back to the receptionist to make another double appointment for about an hour later. This could have been avoided if Dr. Dadah had just listened to me in the first place. Avoid this doctor if you want real help!

Wouldn't know what they're like as I can't get through the matrix of phone options to speak to anyone. I'm a new patient and pregnant and everytime I get anywhere close they hang up or say the transfer to reception failed and to try again later. Hopefully nothing serious hey!

I have been a patient here for over 13 years and have chosen not to move away from the area to a seaside retirement, entirely because of this excellent GP practice. The service cannot be faulted, the GP's have always made me feel that they have all the time in the world to ensure I get to say everything I need to say and have always referred me for hospital visits whenever they might be necessary. All the staff are pleasant and helpful throughout.

If you are a few seconds late they will cancel your appointment, but if you wait for the doctor for an hour, no problem!!!!! There is no respect for patients or appointments.

Ah so I checked who my phone appointment was with and it was Dr Dadah. I've just seen all the other comments on here and need to add. He is the most rude and condescending Doctor I've ever talked to on the phone. I've never wanted to hang up on anyone more in the past so much as with him.

Here's the thing, the rest of the Doctors, Nurses and team are very good and I've had very pleasant consultations with the others. I'd even give the practice as a whole 4 to 5 stars. But that conversation left a bitter taste in my mouth.

If possible when making appointments do not accept to see Dr Dadah. It might be the best decision you ever make.

Really well run doctors which I've been using for over 15 years now. If I'm ill enough and call at 8am, have always got an appointment the same day. If it's something that can wait, still get one in a few days. This practise runs at much higher efficiency than others. You just have to speak to friends and family anywhere to gather that! Nowhere is perfect, but from Dr.Rhodes to the lovely nurses and reception staff, at the very least, most of the staff are kind, empathetic and really good at their jobs. I'm 41 so not in a vulnerable age group, so the attention they give for kids and elderly is even better and they used to follow up on my Dad out of the blue to make sure he was Ok, which was a really nice touch. Most people just like to moan... but just imagine how many bad reviews those people would get if the staff were allowed to complain about the patients! 😀

DO NOT make an appointment with Dr Dahah. Not just one of the rudest doctors but perhaps one of the rudest humans I have ever met in my entire life, he did not care to hear about any of my symptoms. In fact he told me to “google them”. I came with a list of things in my health which are being very effected by one thing. He was not happy about this. He was only dealing with one thing. It’s an absolute shame because the other doctors such as Dr Williams are very kind and helpful. Just not him. Rude, mean, belittling and it may be wrong to say but actually useless.
