Bluebird were amazing, from our first meeting they filled us with confidence. they were professional, efficient and most of all they genuinely cared for my Mum as if she were their family.
They took the time to get get to know Mum as a person (she had Alzheimer's) and made sure to do things the way she liked them to be done, nothing was too much trouble. Record sheets were completed for every visit which re-assured us as a family what Mum had eaten, how she was feeling and how she had been in herself at each visit.
The 'girls' supported us too and became real friends who we could entrust Mum's care when we could not do it all ourselves.
They grieved with us when she passed and have kept in touch to make sure we are okay.
Cannot recommend high enough.

My wife had advanced dementia and was approaching end of life care when I found I was going to loose one of her long term carers. I found Bluebird on line after a long search. Helen the supervisor visited and built a support care package. Bluebird carers always turned up on time with my never having to chase them. They were always lovely and caring towards my wife and very professional in dealing with her complex and difficult care needs. First class carers backed by excellent management. All with a smile and humanity.

We first came into contact with Bluebird Care when our father fell and broke his hip and needed extra care that our mother could not provide at home. All the carers have been lovely and the company tries very hard to provide the same carers which is important for older people. After Dad died we needed care for Mum which again was excellent and we were able to keep Mum in her own home until recently when her dementia deteriorated considerably and she has now gone into 24 your care. We have had 5 years of care from Bluebird and have never had any concerns about the care they provided. The carers genuinely showed concern and also affection for our parents. The office was proactive in contacting us with any concerns or updates and regular detailed assessments were conducted with sensitivity and not rushed. We couldn't have wished for better care for our parents and we will always be grateful to all at Bluebird.

If I could give Bluebird 10 stars I would. I cannot fault the care and kindness that has been given and and still is being given to my elderly parents over the last 10 months.
All of the carers are Caring, conscientious and respectful and they have all been particularly outstanding during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Communication with relatives is excellent and there is always someone to support and give advice whatever time of day or night.
We wouldn’t be without them.
