Had my lips done in the Stevenage clinic on Wednesday and had the best experience with Mia. She made me feel so comfortable as soon as I walked in the door and was making sure I was excited and happy. She was very thorough about the procedure and after care which I loved. I am so happy with my lips and think she did an amazing job. I shall definitely be going back! Getting an ice compress and a lip cream to go home with was the cherry on top.

I went to the bury st Edmund's clinic on Wednesday 12th feb for a content day and the experience was amazing, I was really nervous about having my treatment but the girls made me feel so comfortable and so relaxed. They were so lovely and we just had such a laugh while getting my treatments done. It just made my experience a lot more better and calmed my nerves about getting the treatment done and I am so pleased with the outcome of my treatment. Would definitely recommend this clinic and I will be coming back for more treatments. Thank you girls ❤️

Natiesha at the Bury St Edmunds clinic is amazing, I was super nervous to have lip filler for the first time but she constantly reassured me and I’m so happy with the end result. My lips look incredible, I’m never going back to not having filler! Highly recommend 😀

Had the best experience getting lip filler for the first time with Mia at Stevenage. She is sooo friendly and lovely, explained everything really clearly including aftercare and that numbing cream is incredible! Love my new lips, thank you so much!

Awful company. I had my lips done in the London clinic. It was my first time so I went for 1ml. The lady injector was very nice and friendly I have no complains about her but my lips after the injection were very uneven. I was told it might be because they are swollen and they should settle naturally after a few weeks. I trusted the process however to this day they are very uneven. I look weird, like if I was upset on one side. I look really ugly. I understand that when working with natural tissues these things can happen but I would expect this to be acknowledged accordingly.
I emailed the company and I received no empathy. In my opinion the company should offer to dissolve my lips for free but they said they can do it for extra charge of £180. How is this fair to have your lips botched and then you have to pay more to fix whatever they botched? Absolute disgrace. Never again!!!!

Ellie is very friendly and professional. My lower lip is very flat and not in the best shape, but Ellie gets my lip in a heart shape in no time. I’ve been visiting Heartaesthics clinic from the very beginning and I’m very happy with the outcome. Very happy customer.

Experience far greater than anticipated. I did initially struggle to find the clinic but the receptionist on the phone was very very helpful in guiding me (and patient with me as I was very anxious!).

Treatment wise - I had lip filler. I was injected by Sarah at the Benfleet branch who was really amazing with me. She could tell how nervous I was and was brilliant at keeping me calm and was very gentle. She has a great eye and knowledge and listened to the look I was after. I was quite suprised at how minimal the pain was (i had been previously getting lip filler by cannula and dental block which actually seemed to have been more painful!) I will definitely be returning for any future treatments. I have been recommending to all my friends. Thank you Heart Aesthetics 🙂 x
