I attended the surgery to have my dressings changed. The nurse was very friendly and very efficient. She worked quickly and skilfully. I was very satisfied with her work.

I have always had good service from this practice. Admittedly, there can be a long wait to see my own doctor, but appointment are always available with other doctors, which have had positive results. Reception staff also work hard to sort out patients many problems.

Very good , the staff are brilliant but the new Anima system is very disappointing . Still difficult to get a face to face appointment with my Doctor who is
Dr Stanfield , who is excellent .
He shows great empathy and listens. I was told that I had to wait about 3 weeks to a certain day to ring to get an appointment but couldn't get through first thing in the morning but finally got through mid morning to be told no appointments available then out of the blue one suddenly appeared. Unfortunately I don't just have one thing wrong but more like 10 so I normally asked for a double appointment with Dr Stanfield at the end of the day . It

I have suffered with herniated discs and back pain for many years. I've currently having a flare up with my back pain. Today I saw a physio named Raja Daniel he was so thorough and very polite. He made me feel comfortable I never give reviews but I came out feeling positive and listened too so thankyou .

Never had any issues at this practice and myself and family have always been cared for well. Dr J Lake is amazing and always been there for my family. Couldn't recommend enough xx

I live close to one of the practices in this group, so that helps. But I've also had cause to use the GP practice, and have found doing so online (eg, for 'sicknotes') quite convenient and their webform for contacting GP quite easy to use.
I thought I wouldn't be able to get on with so much "online" interaction, but their system is making a good attempt at converting me.

Doctor Webb was great! Unfortunately the person I spoke to on the phone to initially get an appointment was very rude. If you don't want to work in a place where your supposed to help people, find another job!
