Unfortunately, I had the misfortune of visiting this establishment due to the recent bereavement of a family relative. The deceased had passed away due to a short-term cancer diagnosis, and as a result, I was in possession of a large shopping bag of prescription medication that I needed to return.

Upon my arrival at your facility, I was met with a rude and arrogant lady who, despite my explanations, refused to assist me and dismissed me in an unwelcoming manner. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also incredibly distressing during a time of grieving.

I believe that the treatment I received was unacceptable and does not reflect the standard of customer service expected from your establishment. In contrast, I would like to commend the small pharmacy down the road for their extremely helpful and compassionate service.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this GP. I urgently needed an appointment for my two children, both of whom have ADHD and were experiencing significant issues that required prompt attention. Despite explaining the urgency of our situation, I was repeatedly told there were no available appointments.

As a parent, it is incredibly frustrating to feel that my children's health concerns are not being taken seriously. Managing ADHD is challenging enough without having to fight for the care they need. This lack of empathy and support is unacceptable, and I am now considering moving my family to another practice that understands the importance of timely medical care.

I would not recommend this GP to anyone who needs reliable and compassionate healthcare.

I’ve been at this practice for over 10yrs and it’s gone downhill. I ring up for an appointment at 8am and can never get through until 9am then all the appointments are gone and if I do get an appointment they will send me to the Rushholme one which is much better but too far for me and my children. The staff can be quite rude once you actually get through on the phone too. If you’re 5mins late then want to cancel but if you’re early your appointment will be 20-30 after your original time.

Rubbish Customer Service and lottery appointment system for the medical services will make this country great, never. Its ridiculous to speak with GP. Not able see the patient in emergency and when we call emergency services they send us to GP or attend A&E to wait for long hours to hear from them its not urgent. This system is awful and specially with Longsight medical practice and their staff.

The reception staff are disrespectful. I called today to book an appointment and I was giving her my information, but after a few seconds she hung up the phone without any reason.
