Lovedean Homecare had been coming into care for my husband for approximately eighteen months on a twice a week basis for 3 hours at a time. This was to provide me with some much needed respite and also to provide cognitive stimulation for my husband. The carers were/are wonderful my husband loves them. Recently after ill health, an eye procedure and I was told I couldn't do any lifting for three weeks I went into crisis and couldn't see the wood for the trees. I needed two carers twice a day for two weeks seven days a week and one carer mid day for a week. A tall ask at the best of times but I needed it from the next day!
Lovedean Homecare in the form of the wonderful Tracy, Brydie & Jenna went above and beyond for our family. The risk assessment was expertly undertaken and the carers have all been absolutely wonderful, professional and importantly friendly. My husband went to bed singing & sometimes dancing along with the carers which was so good for him. These carers enriched our lives when we had hit rock bottom. With more notice this time the agency will be covering for my second procedure next week. I highly recommend Lovedean Homecare they are first class

I have been a customer for over a year I have all staff well trained and very happy doing the job they love,whilst wash my wife they singaway .I have nothing but praise for them all. Tracy the owner has wide range of knowledge and also very careing and. Fantastic at organising speaking to everyone to get the job done thank you all very much for looking after Marie .😀😁😂

Was all very good at first but when my wife's condition got worse they could not cope. And started to get very demanding on the equipment they wanted in our home after complaining that doing their job was hurting their backs even after they had been doing it for a couple of years.
Very disappointed !!!!
