The medical secretaries at this hospital go above and beyond. Leslie (coordinator for gynae, rheumatology, and more) has always been a massive help and is very reliable. I don't feel that Medical secs/department coordinators get enough recognition so I'd like to take this opportunity to do so. Thank you so much for helping me navigate all my Medical departments, you're all amazing and make looking after my health ever so slightly less scary ❤️‍🩹

Took my friend here last night after getting no joy with gp's. Really poorly for nearly a month. Saw a lovely man, Simba,he was really thorough and took his time to explain things. Not seen treatment like this in too long. Thanks so much.

Attended the hospital for an initial psychiatry assessment. Was only seen for TEN minutes whilst the psychiatrist talked for me, complimented my trainers!? And just gave me a booklet on free talking groups in my area.
My GP didn’t refer me for nothing but now I am back to square one! Called the hospital after the appointment nearly a week ago and still haven’t heard back!! Mental health support? Yeah, sure.

I am 78 years old and have always worn glasses. My optician at Vision Express recently diagnosed a cataract in my right eye & with much trepidation I went to the day unit fir treatment. I was absolutely amazed that in less than 15 minutes the job was done. No pain or discomfort, half an hour later I was heading home. The following morning I put my specs on and, everything was blurry. I took the specs off, turned on the TV and was pleasantly shocked at the colours and clarity of what I was seeing.my apologies to my opticians & a million thanks to all the staff that looked after me so well. Had a nasty ear infection, booked through 111 in the afternoon ,seen at 730 pm bang on time. Matt the health care professional really lived up to the meaning of the word professional , triaged and called the lri for an urgent appointment, seen next day at ent leicester , anti biotics , wick in ear and treated within 10 mins of arrival.OUR NHS IS FANTASTIC !!! Thank you

Could not fault the care I had at the urgent care centre yesterday. All staff from start to finish were fabulous. It was super busy, but they managed the dept so smoothly. Obviously very uncomfortable chairs, especially with the wait, but at least we had a chair!

I went to Loughborough hospital for a appointment today. The hospital was clean and calm. There was lots of free parking as it should be for people who are unwell, people who have an appointment or who have come to visit loved one. Sue Rai was an absolute angel, she collected me from reception and was there with me at every stage of the appointment. She was loving, caring, kind and warm. Dr Badaway in day surgery was absolutely amazing, he came to check on me, told me what was going on and answered my medical questions. My Doctor was so caring, considerate, reassuring and kind. The nurses in his team were all wonderful. The whole process was seamless and organised from start to finish. Claire Woodhouse was really lovely during my procedure and after. Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience today.

The only reason I’m rating this dump a single star is because I have no choice!! Having waited 15 months for an appointment with the respiratory specialist and following several phone calls to the hospital itself chasing up said appointment, my husband is informed that a letter was sent to our previous address. My husband rang the hospital in January this year to update them with our new address but still it wasn’t recorded correctly. When prompted for the previous address, it transpired they had recorded that incorrect! Today, following an appointment, my husband had to return to the hospital once again go remind them of our current address. They had us listed for a property my husband lived in over 20yrs ago and one I have never resided in!! Utterly incompetent at recording basic details.
