Just thought you should know, your receptionist Caleb Rogers speaks very badly to people online regarding their NHS experiences. He talks down to people and is extremely dismissive and does not at all give off a good impression and definitely not one of compassion. My parents live in Hampshire and I hope the other clinics in the area are better than this. I mean don't fire him, but some extra training might be worth it.

was it one of their staff defrauded to tune of over a million pounds? spent it on gambling, been struck off. took funds from their company, how did he get away with that, what checks and auditing in place? will they recover those funds?
