Easy to access, it was good to meet up with Kris, in Capel St Mary, so close to home for me.
I was struggling after experiencing various invasive procedures and problems in a short time frame. Kris was the right person to enable me to identify the problems, that were causing my difficulties and provide the exercises to stimulate recovery in those areas.
His patience and kindness were so helpful and gave me space to explore deeper issues that were driving the problems. I have recovered much of my lost confidences and am very grateful that I can now face a positive future. Kris is quietly supportive and very perceptive in getting to the deeper roots of a physical problem.
His monitoring and driving of the necessary exercise programmes has been so helpful. My deepest thanks

Tom has been a star with both physio & emotional support whilst I waited for a replacement shoulder. He is knowledgeable, empathic & professional at all times. His treatment helped relieve my pain pre surgery. Post surgery he has worked patiently & diligently with me to strengthen the shoulder and aid my recovery. I now have great movement in my shoulder & am pain free. Thank you Tom for all your encouragement & for sticking with me through this journey.

Kris was absolutely fantastic treating my daughter for an ankle injury
He was patient and listened to her carefully, made her feel at ease and gave really clear instructions for the exercises and taping.
We have also had appointments in the past with Tom, who was also excellent
I would highly recommend AT Physio 👍

I had a torn infra-spinatus muscle in my back and was in severe pain. Tom gave me some good advice over the phone to ease the pain until I could see Sean in person. Sean then gave me a course of treatment over 8/9 sessions including hands on physio, plus advice and exercises to perform. All good now and would thoroughly recommend.

I visited Tom 2 weeks after injuring my knee and finding great difficulty negotiating stairs!

He diagnosed the issues as a damaged patella tendon and reassured me that it would recover fully over several months with a range of targeted exercises. He set me a realistic effective exercise plan that has greatly aided my recovery and improved my knees strength and performance.

By following this regime and attending follow-up sessions, Tom was able to get me back to normal and set me on the path to full recovery.

I can highly recommend AT Physio. Tom has excellent patient-focused methods to get to the root of the problem and provide a suitable course of treatment.

Thank You Tom!
