Company’s all staff are very helpful for any situation and guide us every time, their 24 hours on- call services is commendable, RAH is an outstanding organisation with highly professional and amiable staff, eager to deliver excellent care to their users, Both the administrative team and caregivers consistently exceed expectations to ensure the well-being and safety of their clients. Our experience has been one of disappointment. Whilst our needs at this time only required an hr per week , we were not seen at the times we required which was before 10 am , we had to turn the carers away when it reached a time unsuitable post 11 or 12 o'clock at our expense. We had one admin member who tried his best to get things sorted but it couldn't be achieved. Hopefully this review will warn people to be aware staff are changed regularly and times are not consistent.
