Jo (Herts Osteopathy) has helped me so much over the past 4 years. I discovered her when I was pregnant with my third child in my mid forties and having excruciating joint and lower back pain. I honestly think Jo got me through the pregnancy and those first few months after childbirth - she literally realigned me! Jo is still my first port of call with any new issue and her health and well being advice over the years has been invaluable. I cannot recommend her enough.

Jo Day is phenomenal - extremely knowledgeable and competent. I was first referred to Jo by my GP who highly recommended her instead of the scan I thought I needed at the time - Jo fixed what had been an ongoing issue - basically in one visit. I have continued to see Jo on a check in basis and I am very grateful for the help she has provided over the years.

Life changing. And I’m not being dramatic. I saw Jo Day after having my second baby. My first appointment with her was the best I’ve had with any healthcare professional bar none. She listened. She validated. She looked at my situation holistically- not just one narrow speciality. If it was in my gift to give everyone a session with Jo I absolutely would. If you’re still thinking about it, just book, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had 3 x weekly sessions with Tom which I hoped would help with some pretty severe pain in the lower back / buttock area. Tom pinpointed the exact area where the issue was emanating from and worked to help release everything. This, together with some stretches to do at home and a few other tips, has literally cured me. Highly recommended and worth every penny

I had a 75 minute long session with Jo for my post natal coccyx pain and it was the best experience I have ever had. It felt like a therapy session, she took into account my whole medical history, listened and immediately found out the reason for the pain after me suffering for 1 year and a half with it and talking to various physio therapists. She found where the issue is, worked on it, I felt releaf and it will be resolved completely very soon. So refreshing to see a specialist who knows what they are doing. Especially someone who takes care of women. Thank you Jo. I appreciate you!

Jo is incredible! She has helped me during and post pregnancy with my agonising pelvic girdle pain, and my now post partum concerns. She always listens and really cares about helping her patients as much as she possibly can. Plus she works absolute wonders with her hands! I always leave feeling less tense and in less pain. I would recommend her so highly to anyone who is currently pregnant and struggling with pain. Thanks again, Jo!
