I'm so happy I found the Cione clinic after reading an article in The Guardian.

Tim's method has returned my pelvis to its right place after I was born in the breech position, which caused many years of niggly symptoms and some misdiagnoses. I can now glide along for upwards of 30 miles a week up hill and down dale with no more than the usual minor aches for a person in my 60s. Before embarking on the programme, my arthritic feet caused me pain after a 7 mile walk and I had all but given up walking as a pastime.

Dan looked after me and I couldn't have been in better hands. He was thorough and observant, friendly, encouraging, kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble when I had questions between follow up sessions. I will miss seeing him and hope he has a long and successful career at Cione and a happy life.

I was in chronic pain for about 10 years and decided to do something about it. I had seen Tana once before in the past so decided to book in with her again. Even after my first session I felt relief and slept the best that I have in 10 years. I followed all of Tana's advice on recovery and after a few follow up sessions I am free of back pain which has improved my quality of life. I'm more motivated, sleeping better, feeling happier in myself and my overall mood has improved. Tana is so professional and will make you feel at ease during the session. I also find all the staff at the Cione wellness centre very polite and approachable. They are also adhering to COVID regulations which is a bonus. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone with any sort of pain.

Tim has put a huge amount time, effort and energy into helping me with my chronic pelvic and back pain. I’m not fixed yet but he is tirelessly looking for solutions whilst his release techniques give me some relief. Following his biocore programme has improved my posture and made my body much stronger. After eight years of constant pain, and many experts, it’s so reassuring to have someone on your side who is honest, caring and believes that at some point he will find a solution.
